ISO 45001 Certification

1. Certification Scope

This document certifies that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) of Bonarch Engineering LTD has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018. The scope of this certification covers all offshore drilling units, production platforms, subsea construction projects, and onshore support bases globally. It demonstrates our proactive approach to preventing work-related injury and ill health.

2. Audit Findings

The external audit conducted by Bureau Veritas confirmed zero major non-conformities. The organization demonstrated strong leadership commitment and active worker participation in safety processes. Auditors noted the effectiveness of our digital permit-to-work system and the high level of safety awareness among frontline personnel. Several opportunities for improvement were identified and have been integrated into our Continual Improvement Plan (CIP).

Key strengths identified include our robust hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) methodology, our comprehensive contractor management process, and our transparent incident reporting culture.

3. Continual Improvement

We have established objective targets to reduce the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by a further 10% over the next cycle. Risk assessments are reviewed dynamically before every shift using our 'Safe Plan of Action' (SPA) tool. We are implementing AI-driven predictive analytics to identify potential safety hotspots based on leading indicators such as near-miss reports and behavioral observation data.

Management reviews are conducted quarterly to evaluate the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the OHSMS. These reviews consider changes in external and internal issues, feedback from workers, and the extent to which safety objectives have been met.

This certification is valid for a period of three years, subject to satisfactory surveillance audits conducted annually.
